The hotel location is fantastic, with easy access to the Mohegan Sun Casino. The rooms were dark in the morning but had a phenomenal view. The staff was friendly, efficient, and accommodating, though there was a minor miscommunication with restaurant staff. The streaming service on TV was a nice touch, and the proximity to Route 395 and Route 2 was convenient. Some breakfast items were lacking, but overall dining was nice. The hotel offers a welcoming atmosphere and helpful services like dry cleaning and tours.
